- One voucher per person or two people.
- May buy up to one additional as gifts.
- Use of the spa facilities for up to four hours.
- Towel, robe pack and complimentary padlock hire on the day; £3.50pp surcharge for flip flops.
- Seven-day cancellation policy applies.
- Must be aged 16-years or over.
- Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
- Must be 18-years or over with a valid ID for alcohol.
- Lunch is served from 12pm - 2pm.
- Menu is subject to change.
- Valid on lunch from the set menu.
- Allergies or dietary requirements must be highlighted upon making the reservation.
- Please make us aware of anything medical before your arrival date to the Spa that may restrict your treatments from happening on the day.
- A parking fee is payable on arrival at reception of £3.50 per vehicle from 1st January 2024.
- This is a child friendly facility and children have access to the pool between 10am-7pm Mon-Sun. Children’s swimming lessons take place in the pool 5 days a week.
- Subject to availability; limited weekend availability, book four week in advance to avoid disappointment.
- Vouchers are valid for redemption for five months from purchase date.
