- When redeeming, your voucher can be used for bookings until 31st Aug 2024.

- To allow us to check availability & validate the voucher, booking requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance
- of the intended visit. To avoid disappointment early booking
- is strongly advised.
- Booking requests are made so the START TIME falls within 1 of 4 time periods daily.
- Once the voucher has been validated customers will receive
- an email usually within 1 working day confirming the ACTUAL TIME of their booking within their chosen timeslot.
- If there are no promotional lanes available during the chosen
- timeslot, customers will be advised of this by email.
