- When redeeming, your voucher is valid for bookings until 31st Mar 2025.
- Please make sure you have plenty of time to find us and arrive 10 minutes before the start of the tour to get your G&T at the bar.
- Late comers may not be permitted and no refund can be claimed.
- Between 12 and 17 years old can join the tour with a non drinker ticket. All children attending a tour must accompanied by a paying adult.
- We do not accept children under the age of 12, even toddlers in a push chair.
- We regret that no refunds or re-scheduling of tours are available for bookings cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the tour.
