The only reason I didn’t give it 5stars was the pool was very cold and also the relaxation room was cold too .Luca was so nice and gave a good massage will come back hope the pool will be warmer

Treatments were excellent. Staff lovely in all areas. “Spa” is a stretch tho. And the pool loungers were “half” length. Very uncomfortable to try to lie on. Aft tea nice

The treatment was lovely and afternoon tea was nice. Very limited facilities outwith that. The pool was very cold and the only other thing was a sauna. I wouldn’t say it had spa facilities on site.

Treatments can be booked Mon - Thu, 9am - 9pm (last booking 8pm) and Fri - Sat, 8am - 8pm (last booking 7pm)
Afternoon tea is served 12pm - 4pm.
Email bookings only.
48 hour cancellation policy applies.
Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
Max of 5 per group; subject to availability.
