Excellent hotel Excellent hotel, with excellant breakfast, nice room. Have good location, excellent all the staff, front desk, house keeping, breakbast serving staff. Only they have no microvave in the room or in brakfast are so if we have our food we can use it. We stayed five nights and we take all tour bus, and we returent late so most of restaurent closed by 9.00 pm, so if we have left over food, have to eat cold.

Great hotel, helpful staff A very nice hotel in Reykjavik with plenty of free parking in front of it. The lobby is really nice and the rooms are decent too. What made this a really good stay was how helpful the staff were. I can’t remember the name of the lady at the reception on Saturday 21 December evening but she helpfully contacted our tour operator to find out further details about our tour the next day which was not sent to us. Overall, I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are in the area.

Great Service and beautiful hotel The hotel is beautiful and the staff was extremely efficient and accommodating. The breakfast is a great deal with a lovely spread of more than you can imagine food that is included in Iceland breakfasts. The rooms are spacious and include coffee, a microwave, and a small refrigerator. We had a lovely view from the room. The location is nice—we were able to walk to the botanical gardens, the waterfront, and the downtown. Again, though, I really want to compliment the staff for their helpfulness and professionalism.
