Exeeded my expectations The accommodation was excellent. Great location and hotel is Beautiful - oozing decadent glamour and style. The staff can do enough, especially welcoming is the restaurant manager Carlos and the rest of his team. The breakfast experience in Carlos’ care is exquisite. 5 star service!

Another great repeat visit This is the incredible palazzo in the heart of Venice. The service is impeccable and thoughtful. The daily breakfast is a dream come true of which I never had enough during the eight day stay. The item selection changes every morning and all is presented like a 'royal' service.

Very nice hotel in perfect location Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good with a bit of variation from day to day and amazing staff. We had two deluxe rooms, one amazing and one good
