<B>Great hotel.</b> We have just returned from the Caribbean world after staying for the week after a Nile cruise and loved every minute. The staff are excellent and strive to make your stay as good as possible, everyone welcomes you with a friendly smile, the gardeners work really hard to keep the garden immaculate, the cleaning staff never stop cleaning and the restaurant staff work tirelessly, replenishing food, serving drinks and clearing tables. Reception staff were always helpful and cheerful. The activity staff are a lovely group and encourage you to join in but don’t push it if you don’t want to. (Sentido Caribbean World Soma Bay)
