Honest review by returning guest - May I first say that yet again we have had a amazing holiday for the second time at the titanic palace. On the flight home last Feb (2024) we started making plans to return to this hotel .

Just amazing. Fabulous hotel, but the staff make this so much more special - BEST FAMILY HOLIDAY. Where do I start? I could write forever about how amazing this place and its staff are. We went as a family of 9. We celebrated a 70th and a 12th birthday whilst there. Guest services made these days extra special.

Extraordinary service at the reception - As tourists returning here for the fourth time, we were treated like real VIPs, and we especially thank Mohamed Abu Elmagd at the reception, our dear friend, who helped us with absolutely everything we needed, so that we felt important and had a dream vacation.
