Couldn’t fault it food was fab! Venison fritters a must!. Room was very in keeping with surroundings. Clean and very warm!staff very attentive and welcoming would highly recommend!!
Just be careful when booking as we booked a Saturday and app an error on Wowcher behalf as no rooms available that day but rang Peckforton Castle and offered the Friday instead without any quibble

The castle is a fantastic place to stay. The castle itself is huge and it has so many elements to visit and see - grand hall for instance. The evening restaurant is a lovely place to eat and the food is top class. We did have afternoon tea and whilst the food was great I did get a bit frustrated with the time it took to be seated and overall it took half an hour after arriving and booking in to be given a cup of tea! I also noted the same happening to more people who arrived and got frustrated for them too. It's clear the afternoon tea rooms are also huge and very busy but I do think the booking in and seating could be improved so the experience and visit for afternoon tea can feel just right.

Fabulous place to stay. - Went for the Christmas package so stayed from 24th until 27th December. Our room was spacious and overlooked the Cheshire gap and Beeston Castle. The bathroom was also nice and roomy.

Second time staying at the castle. It is a fantastic hotel and so lovely to stay over for the evening. Dinner and breakfast were both excellent. Rooms were lovely and second time round we had a gorgeous suite with a roll top bath. Very good value and I will likely book this hotel again in the future.
