Excellent... The place is a real gem and was very pleased to have found it. The place is spotlessly clean and the staff very friendly. I tried the fishing ponds and was pleasantly surprised how many fish I caught. Will definately be back

Great hidden find! We had the most beautiful escape at Rossendale. We stayed in Rose, it was clean, check in was swift (after a long journey). The young man in reception was a delight! As was the beer and chocolate brownies! Facilities are great. No complaints at all from us. Great value for money! We hope to visit again soon

Perfect Stayed here with friends a number of times. This time I took my two grandchildren age 9 & 6. We had a wonderful time. They loved it. The staff could not be more helpful and friendly! Edwin in the Hay Stack is fantastic. You can order food to be delivered to your accommodation for supper and breakfast or you can eat in. There is a small, very reasonably priced bar also. There are play areas, bbqs, fire pits, football pitch and great walks.
