<b>Great break</b> - Had another wonderful stay our room was lovely had everything we needed, really nice bathroom and shower with soft towels. The room nice and warm but also if you wanted a top up little blower heater is provided if needed. Tea, coffee and milk. A little tiny fridge is brilliant to just put a small milk in.

<b>Great accommodation for solo travellers</b> - It is brilliant value for money and is perfectly located for solo travellers visiting the Lakes District. Jan is a wonderful and considerate host and Room 1 where I stayed was immaculately clean and comfortable. Nice to have the outdoor area and hear the sound of birdsong in the morning. Recommended.

<b>Excellent guest house</b> - Beautiful cottage which is in an excellent position for the village and lake. Lovely large room with large balcony which was brilliant for our little dog and for us to enjoy sitting out in the evening. Everything was perfect and we had everything and more we could want.
