Very friendly staff. It is a nice and clean hotel with plenty of parking . We had a large comfortable room with a big bed for three nights.

I arrived late and the team were very accommodating to get me checked in and seated before the kitchen closed. Food was great and service was with a smile.

Stayed here 2 nights and loved it. Location is excellent-2.5 mile pleasant walk to Fort William and on the Caledonian Canal for the Great Glen Way at Neptune’s Staircase Locks with great view of Ben Nevis on a clear day/night.
