Lovely hotel, staff and excellent views... Very friendly staff. It is a nice and clean hotel with plenty of parking . We had a large comfortable room with a big bed for three nights. The breakfast and the evening meal were fantastic with plenty of choice. It is situated in a great location close to Fort William and overlooking Neptune’s Staircase which is beautiful with superb views of Ben Nevis. We will definitely return for another stay.

Lovely Stay! I arrived late and the team were very accommodating to get me checked in and seated before the kitchen closed. Food was great and service was with a smile. I stayed here a couple of days and loved it. There was a friendly atmosphere round the place and it made for a great experience during my stay.

Great hotel in Banavie... Stayed here 2 nights and loved it. Location is excellent-2.5 mile pleasant walk to Fort William and on the Caledonian Canal for the Great Glen Way at Neptune’s Staircase Locks with great view of Ben Nevis on a clear day/night. We had room 32 which was fab. It had a balcony overlooking the canal and a lovely bathroom with huge walk in shower. Plenty of extras-tea, coffee, hot chocolate, bottled water, biscuits, chocolate, tissues, toiletries, hairdryer,iron…Staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious...

Bloody marvellous... The setting was pretty and the restaurant was clean and fresh. The service was excellent with the staff being a great combination of friendly and professional. The food was marvellous.
