Excellent stay again at an excellent price. Fifth stay at the Mode group of accommodation by family this year but first in executive sea view room in St Annes. Room facilities and sea view are fantastic. Always plenty of choice at breakfast. Thank you very much.

From checking in to departing, really good experience. Receptionist; on arrival gave advice as to where to park as hotel car park was full.

Fantastic hotel - sad it was just for one night! Beautiful rooms with balconies & sea view. Very friendly staff. Enjoyed local gin during the gin happy hour.
