Despite the hotel being made over as a film set, our customer service has been exemplary during our stay: Any needs or requests were catered for & there were times when the staff went out of their way to provide the best service possible. The food was delicious & the dining room staff were very professional & made extra effort to ensure dining needs were met fully.

all in all a great weekend.this hotel is amazing,wonderful friendly and helpful staff. we have just got back from a charity weekend here. already booked for next year!! good facilities and good food all at a reasonable price!! thoroughly recommend!!

Lovely, large room and comfortable bed. The room was warm (it was very cold outside!) The staff were all very friendly. The breakfast was nice and the location was good. Some parts of the hotel are a bit tired but I would definitely return. Good value for money.
