- When redeeming, your voucher can be used for bookings on until 31st Jul 2025.
- One voucher per person.
- Children from 5 years old are allowed onboard.
- Children aged 15 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- Minimum of 2 tickets must be brought at a time.
- This offer applies to the Monopoly Tea Tour only and is not available on any other themes/tours.
- Must be booked via email and send copy of voucher with code and showing the voucher type purchased.
- Discount cannot be included retrospectively and does not include merchandise or alcohol that must be added at time of booking.
- Cancellation policy applies:
- There is a cool down period of 24 hours after the initial booking was made. If you cancel within this 24 hour period, we will give you a full refund minus the Cancellation Fee (£10 per person).
- If you cancel more than 24 hours after the booking was made, we will not refund any of your fare. You may prefer to change your tour instead.
- Changing fee of £22.50 per person for tours within 2 weeks of change request.
- Changing fee of £10 per person for tours further than 2 weeks from change request.
- Can purchase prosecco or champagne when booking via email: Alcohol is pre-sold only. No alcohol will be sold on board the bus.
- Menu is Halal.
