The Fine Print
- When redeeming, your voucher is valid for bookings until 26th May 2025.
- One voucher per two people.
- May buy multiples as gifts.
- Cancellation policy.
- Present voucher on arrival.
- Minimum age 16 and over.
- Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a ticketed and participating adult.
- Voucher cannot be cancelled, amended, exchanged, or used in conjunction with any other offer.
- Booking must be made at least three business days in advance.
- Entry to the workshop is only for ticketed participants, strictly no plus ones. We reserve the right to refuse entry on the day if this is not adhered to.
- Participants must upload their rug design at least 3 business days in advance of their workshop.
- Participants are given a 20 minute grace period if they are running late, after which, entry to the workshop will be refused.
- Late or missed appointment appointments can be rescheduled for a fee of £35 per person at https://kreativecraftsclub.com/product/late-reschedule-fee/
- Late submissions will need to reschedule their workshop for a cost of £35 per person at https://kreativecraftsclub.com/rug-tufting-workshop-image-guidelines/
- Flat fee of £15 per hour if additional time is needed after the 3 hour duration.
- Consumption of alcohol is not allowed during the initial portion of the workshop while machinery is in use.
