The Fine Print
- When redeeming your voucher is valid for bookings until 24th Apr 2025.
- May buy up to 5 additionals as gifts.
- No cancellation or date change policy.
- If a customer returns to the merchant with a second voucher, service will be refused.
- Vouchers are to be redeemed via email immediately after booking.
- This deal must be booked 48 hours in advance.
- A 24-hour cancellation policy applies.
- One treatment lasts for 60 minutes.
- Suitable: newborns up to 12 months and toddlers from 1-4 years old.
- If My Baby Spa has to cancel the event, you will be notified via email and offered an alternative session or a voucher equivalent to the session with 12 months of validity except for cancellations due to weather.
- Cancellations due to weather will result in a date change.
- No refunds will be offered on any occasion.
- We do not offer refunds for sessions that you are unable to attend that are going ahead. You may give your ticket to someone else after informing us of the new adult and baby's details.
