- Late arrivals may result in shorter treatment time.
- A 48-hour cancellation policy applies.
- Additional towels are available for £1 per towel hire.
- All weekend bookings are subject to availability.
- Please note, that for two people, treatment will not always be available at the same time.
- Customers wishing to use the voucher on the weekend will incur a £10 surcharge per person, payable directly at the hotel.
