How to use this fitness water bag?

Have your water weights ready in a few simple steps: Start by filling the bag with 1/3 water, then use the foot pump to inflate it. Check for air tightness and, if secure, add more water and pump again to achieve the desired weight. Make sure that the bag is used on a smooth floor to avoid damage and do not exceed the MAX line to prevent overloading.

Note: The bags are shipped without pre-filled water. If you want a colourful water bag, you will need to prepare the dye yourself. The bags are suitable only for water and not any other liquids.
