(phone text email etc) Customers will be contacted to choose the delivery date via text (main contact) and e-mail, so it's crucial to obtain customers contact phone number. Customer also can be contacted via their landline number if no mobile phone provided. For UPS courier service there is no Diary booking option, customers will be informed via sms and email about the date of delivery.
- 3. What time frame will they be contacted? (eg 3 - 5 days after redeeming) Customer will be contacted 1-2 working days after redeeming.
- 4. Delivery time on the day of delivery? (eg between 9am and 5pm - not applicable with all couriers) A 2-hour time slot will be provided the day before/on the morning of delivery via SMS/Email
