Take up a new challenge with today’s deal! The good folks at The Arch North in Burnt Oak aim to teach you all the core skills you’ll need. The lessons are suitable for all levels of fitness, and you’ll cover the four basic principles of bouldering; health and safety, the correct falling technique, the basics of bouldering and climbing etiquette. After your lesson you’ll be free to practice for as long as you want, improving your technique and building up your confidence and strength with the activity. And on top of that, you’ll also receive a day pass to return for free entry on a different date. Fantastic!

• Weekdays: 6pm and 7.30pm
• Weekends: 12pm, 1pm and 4pm
Opening times for the returning day pass are Monday-Friday 10am-10pm; Saturday and Sunday 10am-9pm.
