<b>Great friendly independent hotel:</b> It was our first time staying at The Coach House, and we will definitely be back. 10 mins from Beccles & 20 from Southwold - perfect for our needs. Rooms are large, clean. spacious and stylish. The shower rooms are clean, with thick large fluffy towels. The staff are local, friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are THE BEST. We had The full English & the kippers - both excellent. Debbie & Liz looked after us very well. Mike greeted us on arrival. It actually felt like we were staying with friends, without feeling ‘on top’. Dogs are welcome - there’s a seperate dining area & rooms for dogs & their owners, so it wouldn’t bother you if you did or did not have dogs. All in all, an absolute gem of a place, good value for money, we’ll certainly be back. Would absolutely recommend.

<b>The perfect retreat.:</b> Couldn't fault it. Comfortable and clean room. Lots of communal areas to sit and relax. Food was great especially the Fish and chips, large portions. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We took our dog and she too was made welcome with treats in the bar and her very own sausage for breakfast. Perfect location for a relaxing retreat.

<b>A Gem Of A Hotel:</b> This is without a doubt one of the best hotels I have stayed in. It is a credit to the owner, management and staff and a big thank you to the owner for his very kind generosity with regard to my pillows and to Luvly Jubly Alice for making us welcome. The rooms were spacious and clean and the beds very comfortable. The bar was a relaxing place to chill out and the breakfast first class (thank you to the waitress). All in all the staff were very attentive and our stay was really enjoyable. Thank you.
