- When redeeming, your voucher is valid for bookings until 31st May, 2025.
- One per person or for two persons.
- May buy multiples as gifts.
- Booking & cancellation:
- Must book at least three business days in advance.
- Late or missed appointments can be rescheduled for a £35 per person fee. Please contact the merchant for rescheduling.
- Design Submission: Participants must upload their rug design at least three business days before their workshop. Late submissions will require a £35 rescheduling fee. Please check the submission guidelines on the merchant website.
- Workshop duration: 3 hours only.
- Alcohol policy: Alcohol consumption is not permitted during the initial portion of the workshop while machinery is in use.
- Non-refundable & non-exchangeable: vouchers cannot be cancelled, amended, exchanged, or combined with other offers.
- Age restrictions: Participants must be 16+. Those under 18 must be accompanied by a ticketed and participating adult.
- Entry policy:
- Only ticketed participants may enter - strictly no plus ones.
- A 20-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. After this, entry will be refused.
- Promo codes cannot be applied to this deal.
- Marketing credits cannot be applied to this deal.
