Affordable, nice, and modern hotel. This was a very nice and affordable place to stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and our room was spacious. My only concern was that because the air conditioning had been shut off for the fall our room was quite warm & uncomfortable. This is common in Europe and I wished I had brought a small portable fan. The hotel is in Mestre and our daily tram ride into Venice was about 30 minutes. The hotel is a bit hidden (about 5 minute walk from the tram stop). We really enjoyed the ambiance in the bar area and had a few drinks there. We had dinner in the restaurant one night and they didn’t have much of a selection but the food was good either way. Breakfast was good as they had options of eggs, bacon, pastries, juice varieties and coffee. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect hotel, clean and nice room, bed was huge, breakfast was served 7-10 and was very good food. Staff is friendly, responsible, helpful and hotel service was great. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Fab hotel! I really liked this hotel! The best one by far, out of 3 we stayed on during our trip through Italy, it had a lovely buzzy vibe in reception, really friendly and helpful staff.
